We deliver gentle movement exercises to the elderly, those living in isolation, carers and all age groups with acknowledged health conditions.
Live gentle movement classes take place at our private fitness, lifestyle and rehabilitation facility situated in Hamilton.
The MorphFit Gentle Movement Project has vast experience working with special population groups. Providing online programmes for populations such as cancer patients, MS patients, the elderly, diabetic patients and carers.
The programmes are all designed around chair- based and where appropriate, standing based exercises.
All movements are adaptable so that everyone who joins the group can participate. Sessions last 45 minutes.
The programme offers a much needed physical and mental stimulus and affords a wide range of health benefits, including-

- Weight maintenance

- Boosting mood and self confidence
